Join us for our December Sunday Sangha as we take a moment slow down and catch our breath (literally). With the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season in full swing it is important to make time to calm the mind and find your seat. During this session we will explore different forms for meditation and have a mini Holiday (re)treat!

All are welcome to attend the Lehigh Valley Buddhist Group’s monthly Sunday Sangha series. Sangha is open to Buddhist and non-Buddhist alike. Attendance at this time is in-person only. If you have questions please use the contact link on the website.
